Although small, viruses have complex genomic sequences that are difficult to analyse. The constant mutation of viruses makes it even harder to find a successful treatment option for a viral disease. We have experience and tools based on sophisticated mathematical calculations, including machine learning, to provide fast genomic analysis. For example, granted the starting genomic sequence, our team can evaluate the most probable viral mutations. Furthermore, we can investigate and find the virus mutations leading to drug resistance and estimate their probability with sufficient information. The results of the genomic analysis can be used to design new drugs and open up the possibility of tailored medicine.

We have already successfully applied our tools to analyse the SARS-CoV-2 and HIV viruses, including providing the estimation of the possible drug resistant HIV mutations to medical professionals.
